  The front desk is super rude. I walked in at 9:50 in the morning when there was only one patient waiting outside. Whole office was empty and the first thing the receptionist told me was I need an apt If I want to come in for a cortisone and can’t juat walk in without an apt when the staff has told me themselves in the past it is ok for me to walk in anytime for a cortisone injection before 3. Than she proceeds to tell me I come in really often without even looking into my chart. It had been 3-4 months since my last visit. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Who says that to their patients. If walk ins are not welcome , they should change that on their site where they have mentioned walk ins are welcome.
