  I've been going to D&G since I was 12yrs old. The service there has only been exceptional. The staff is always friendly and very professional. After awhile you feel less like "I going to get my hair done" and more like you're going to visit family! And now as a mother of Three I get to share that experience with my two daughters! Who love the ladies at the shop and even ask to pass by just to give hugs and kisses! 10 stars all the way! Keep up the great work!

  Used to come here every other week when I had a perm. I went away to school stopped perming my hair and haven't been there in quite some time. Went to get a sew in with some kinkier textured hair that would match my hair when it is flat ironed and the stylist doing my hair complained the entire time. Saying "feo" "pelo feo" multiple times looking miserable. Complaining in Spanish that it was too much work. Like boo, you do know taking Spanish is a requirement in NYC Public schools right? We all know what feo means and we know what pelo means. Do better. Needless to say she got no tip, I complained to the manager, and I have not been there since. I was a customer for over 4 years. Such a shame a stylist would behave this way. You don't have to like the hair style, the hair I'm installing, or me. But you should always be professional and do the best job you can do as a stylist. smh. I want to say the stylist name is Beatrice or something like that. But that could be wrong. She had the chair closest to the door at the time. I don't know if she still works there. Always loved Ava and Ana though. Ava is so sweet and Anna always did an excellent job with my hair.
