  Wish I could give them zero stars for what they put me through.
  
  Worst practice I've ever dealt with. The office was incompetent and sent the bill to the wrong billing address for my insurance and came after me for the charges over a year after my visit when I no longer had that insurance. They put me in collections and ruined my credit over a lousy cleaning. They argued with me for hours that it was my own responsibility because my insurance wouldn't pay. They would not take responsibility for anything. They made me contact my old insurance and fight to make them pay or else it would have to come out of my pocket.
  
  The office manager was rude and would not hear me out, and same goes for the receptionist. But when you tell them they're being rude they deny the accusation and hang up on you.
  
  Will have to get an attorney to fight this because not only would my insurance have paid at the time (if they had sent it to the correct address; everyone knows magnacare is not dental coverage but the second address on the card would have been the correct place) but they also ruined my credit by putting me in collections for their mistake.
  
  Take responsibility for your mistakes and don't blame your patients for your incompetents.
  
  Never going back here and will make sure no one I know goes either.
